Delivery Policy

Overview

This Delivery Policy outlines the terms, timelines, and conditions for delivery of all products and services provided by Sparklusion, including photography, videography, event documentation, and gift hampers. By engaging our services, you agree to these delivery terms.

Payment Prerequisite for Delivery

All deliverables will be released ONLY after 100% payment is received. This includes:

• Edited photographs and videos
• Raw files (if purchased separately)
• Event documentation and reports
• Digital downloads and cloud links
• Physical deliverables (USBs, albums, prints)

No exceptions will be made to this policy. Outstanding payments, regardless of the reason, will result in indefinite withholding of all deliverables until full payment is received. Interest charges may apply to overdue payments as per our Terms & Conditions.

Photography Deliverables & Timeline

1. Edited Photographs

Delivery Timeline: 21-30 working days from the shoot date (after full payment)

• All images undergo professional editing, color correction, and enhancement
• Number of photos delivered as per package agreement
• High-resolution JPG format (suitable for printing and web use)
• Watermarked preview gallery available upon request

2. Raw Files (If Purchased)

Raw files are NOT included in standard packages and must be purchased separately for an additional 50% of the package value.

Processing Time: 5-7 working days after full payment and purchase of raw file package

• Delivered in original RAW format (CR2, NEF, ARW, etc.)
• Unedited, unprocessed files exactly as captured
• No support provided for raw file editing or processing
• May include test shots, duplicates, and out-of-focus images

Videography Deliverables & Timeline

1. Edited Video Productions

Delivery Timeline: 45-60 working days from the shoot date (after full payment)

• Full cinematic edit with music, effects, and transitions
• Highlight reels (3-5 minutes) as per package
• Full ceremony/event footage (if included in package)
• 4K or 1080p HD quality as per agreement
• MP4 format for universal compatibility

2. Same-Day/Next-Day Edits

If pre-booked as an add-on service:

• Same-Day Highlight: Delivered within 4-6 hours of shoot completion
• Next-Day Edit: Delivered within 24 hours
• Quick teaser format (1-2 minutes)
• Social media optimized versions available

3. Raw Video Footage

Raw video footage is NOT provided under any circumstances unless explicitly purchased as a separate package (additional 100% of package value). Raw footage may contain hours of unedited material, test clips, audio checks, and requires professional editing software to view properly.

Delivery Format & Methods

1. Digital Delivery (Primary Method)

All deliverables are primarily delivered through secure cloud storage:

• Google Drive or other cloud storage links
• High-speed download capability
• Organized folders for easy navigation
• Accessible from any device with internet connection
• Shareable with family/friends (client's responsibility)

2. Physical Delivery (Optional Add-On)

Available at additional cost:

• USB/Pen Drive: ₹1,500 - ₹3,000 (depending on capacity)
• External Hard Drive: ₹3,000 - ₹5,000
• Custom USB Box: ₹2,500 - ₹4,000
• Photo Albums/Prints: As per current pricing
• Courier charges applicable for deliveries outside Noida/Delhi NCR

CRITICAL: Download Link Validity Period

All download/viewing links (Google Drive, cloud storage, gallery URLs) will remain active for ONLY 14 DAYS from the date of delivery notification.

After 14 days:

• Links will be deactivated permanently
• Files will be archived or deleted from cloud storage
• No responsibility for data loss after validity period
• Re-upload/reactivation requests may attract charges of ₹5,000+ or may not be possible

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DOWNLOAD AND BACKUP ALL CONTENT WITHIN 14 DAYS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LONG-TERM STORAGE.

Client's Data Backup Responsibility

Once deliverables are provided, it is entirely the client's responsibility to:

• Download all files immediately upon receiving the link
• Create multiple backups (cloud storage, external drives, etc.)
• Verify file integrity and completeness
• Store files in safe, redundant locations
• Ensure adequate storage space before downloading

Sparklusion is NOT a data storage company. We do not provide long-term backup services. Data loss after the 14-day validity period is not our responsibility under any circumstances.

Re-Delivery & Re-Upload Policy

1. Within Validity Period (14 Days)

If you experience technical issues downloading within the 14-day period, contact us immediately. We will resolve issues at no additional charge during this period.

2. After Validity Period

Re-upload or re-delivery requests made after the 14-day validity period:

• May not be possible if files have been archived/deleted
• Will attract re-upload charges starting from ₹5,000
• Subject to availability of archived data
• May take 7-14 working days to process
• No guarantee that all original files can be recovered

3. Lost/Damaged Files

If files are lost, corrupted, or damaged on the client's end after successful delivery, Sparklusion is not responsible for providing replacements or backups beyond the initial 14-day period.

Quality & Format Standards

All deliverables meet professional industry standards:

• Photos: High-resolution JPG (min 3000px on longest side for printing)
• Videos: 4K (3840x2160) or 1080p HD (1920x1080) as per package
• Color Space: sRGB for maximum compatibility
• File Naming: Organized and sequentially numbered
• Folder Structure: Logical organization for easy navigation

No technical support provided for issues related to viewing files on outdated devices, incompatible software, or insufficient hardware specifications.

Gift Hamper Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Orders: 7-14 working days
• Bulk Orders (50+ units): 14-21 working days
• Custom Curation: 10-18 working days
• Express Delivery: Available at 25% surcharge (subject to feasibility)

2. Delivery Locations

Pan-India delivery available through trusted courier partners:

• Delhi NCR: Free delivery for orders above ₹10,000
• Major Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days (additional charges may apply)

3. Delivery Responsibility

Once hampers are handed over to courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for courier delays, address errors provided by clients, or recipient unavailability. Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp/Email.

Delivery Notifications

You will receive notifications via:

• WhatsApp: Primary notification method with download links
• Email: Backup notification to registered email address
• SMS: Delivery confirmation for physical items

IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility to monitor your email/WhatsApp for delivery notifications. The 14-day validity period starts from the date of notification, regardless of whether you accessed the link or not.

Delayed Deliveries & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

• High volume of projects during peak season (wedding season, holidays)
• Complex editing requirements beyond standard scope
• Technical issues (equipment failure, software glitches, power outages)
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
• Client-requested changes or additional editing rounds

In case of delays, we will notify you promptly with revised timelines. Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund as per our Terms & Conditions. Our liability is limited to delivery of the agreed-upon deliverables once ready.

Acceptance of Deliverables

Clients have 7 days from delivery notification to review deliverables and report any legitimate issues:

• Missing files: Significantly fewer images/videos than agreed
• Corrupted files: Files that won't open or are damaged
• Wrong event: Deliverables from a different client's event

After 7 days, deliverables are considered accepted and approved. No claims regarding quality, editing style, number of photos, or other subjective matters will be entertained after this acceptance period.
