Important Notice

By confirming your booking with Sparklusion, you acknowledge and accept that this is a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy. Due to the service-based nature of our business and the significant advance planning, resource allocation, and date blocking involved, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once a booking is confirmed. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

Policy Overview

Sparklusion operates in a highly specialized service industry where bookings require extensive advance preparation, team coordination, equipment reservation, vendor coordination, and date blocking that prevents us from accepting other assignments. Once you confirm a booking, our team immediately begins planning and allocating resources specifically for your event/shoot.

This policy applies to all services offered by Sparklusion including Event Management, Photography, Videography, and Gift Hamper orders.

Non-Refundable Booking Amount

All payments made to Sparklusion are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Advance booking payments (25%, 50%, or any percentage paid)
  • Full payments made in advance
  • Partial payments for services rendered
  • Payments for gift hamper orders
  • Any processing fees, taxes, or additional charges

Once you make a payment and your booking is confirmed, the amount paid is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to change of plans, venue unavailability, personal emergencies, weather conditions, or any other circumstances.

No Cancellation Policy

Sparklusion does not accept cancellations once a booking is confirmed and payment is received. This applies regardless of:

  • How far in advance the cancellation request is made
  • The reason for cancellation (personal, professional, medical, or otherwise)
  • Whether the event/shoot has been partially completed
  • Changes in circumstances beyond client control

When you cancel, we lose the opportunity to accept other bookings for that date, and our resources (team, equipment, vendors) have already been allocated and blocked. Therefore, all cancellations will result in forfeiture of 100% of the amount paid.

Rescheduling Policy

1. Advance Rescheduling (30+ Days Prior)

If you need to reschedule your booking and provide notice at least 30 days in advance of the original event/shoot date, we may accommodate one rescheduling request subject to availability and without additional charges. The new date must be within 6 months from the original booking date.

2. Short-Notice Rescheduling (7-29 Days Prior)

Rescheduling requests made between 7-29 days before the event/shoot date will be subject to:

  • Availability check (not guaranteed)
  • Rescheduling fee of ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 depending on the service
  • New date must be within 3 months from the original date
3. Last-Minute Rescheduling (Less Than 7 Days)

No rescheduling will be permitted if requested less than 7 days before the event/shoot date. This is treated as a cancellation, and 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

4. Rescheduling Limitations
  • Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking
  • Subsequent rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations
  • Rescheduling is subject to team and resource availability
  • If the new date is not available, no refund will be issued
  • Peak season dates (wedding season, holidays) may not be available for rescheduling

Client No-Show Policy

If the client fails to show up at the agreed location and time on the event/shoot date, or if our team is unable to complete the assignment due to client unavailability, absence, or unpreparedness, this will be treated as a no-show.

In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be offered. The client will still be liable to pay any outstanding balance as per the original agreement.

Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation Due to Weather

Unfavorable weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, fog, etc.) do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. Our team is equipped to work in various weather conditions, and alternative arrangements (indoor shoots, covered venues, etc.) will be made where possible.

2. Sparklusion-Initiated Cancellation

In the rare event that Sparklusion must cancel or cannot perform services due to circumstances genuinely beyond our control (such as team illness, equipment failure beyond backup capacity, natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer:

  • Option 1: Rescheduling to an alternative date mutually agreed upon
  • Option 2: Assignment of an alternate team of comparable skill level
  • Option 3: Full refund of amounts paid (only in exceptional cases where Options 1 & 2 are not feasible)

Partial Service Completion

If services are partially rendered (e.g., our team arrives at the venue but the event is cut short, or photography/videography is completed for only part of the booked duration due to circumstances beyond our control), no refund will be issued for the unused portion of services.

The client will receive deliverables for the portion of services completed, and full payment as per the original agreement remains due.

Gift Hampers - No Refund Policy

All gift hamper orders are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. This is because:

  • Custom hampers are curated specifically for your order
  • Products are procured, assembled, and packaged immediately after order confirmation
  • Perishable items (if any) cannot be resold once ordered

Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

  • Damaged products upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence)
  • Incorrect items delivered (significantly different from the order)

No Transfer or Credit Policy

Booking amounts cannot be transferred to another person, another event, or adjusted against future bookings unless explicitly permitted under the rescheduling policy outlined above. There is no "store credit" or "credit adjustment" system for cancelled bookings.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In the extremely rare circumstances where Sparklusion determines a refund is warranted (such as our inability to fulfill services and unavailability of alternative solutions), the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days from approval
  • Bank processing time: Additional 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued only to the person who made the original payment

Client Acknowledgement

By making a payment to Sparklusion, you explicitly acknowledge that you have:

  • Read and fully understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Agreed to the strict no-refund, no-cancellation terms
  • Understood the limitations on rescheduling
  • Confirmed that you are certain of your booking date, time, and requirements
  • Accepted that payments are non-refundable under any circumstances except those explicitly stated
